My keyboard at work only has Type-A ports, so this little adapter is perfect for plugging in my newer USB-C devices. It's so compact I can leave it attached without it getting in the way, and it handles the connection without any fuss.
This tiny thing barely sticks out of my laptop's USB port, so I can just leave it in and use my older keyboard cable without adding bulk. Plugged it in and it recognized the device instantly, no driver hassle at all.
Kept it plugged into my mouse's cable permanently, and now I can charge it from my laptop without hunting for the right cord. The fit is snug enough that it doesn't wiggle loose in my bag, which was my main worry. Does exactly what it says for a few bucks.
