Finally ditched the dongle I used to carry everywhere. This hub is tiny and the three USB 3.0 ports transfer my external drive backups noticeably faster than the old one. Just wish the cable were a bit longer, but it's done exactly what I need for the past week.
The SD card slot reads my camera’s files instantly, which is exactly what I needed after upgrading to a MacBook with only USB-C ports. My old flash drive and external hard drive both work without any lag, so the three USB 3.0 ports feel plenty fast.
